Fit to size

Are your jackets and coats true-to-size for North Americans?

Generally, our jackets and coats will fit to size, with a slightly snug fit along the upper back/shoulders and upper arms. Sleeves run a little long, but are designed to be adjustable by simple rolling the cuff. Our jackets and coats are designed toward a tailored form, so even ordering one size bigger usually results in a fashionable look that will surprise you.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

When making a return, we are happy to supply a return shipping label to you free of charge, and pay for the shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@chapanne.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds & Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Ordering and delivery

How much is shipping?

Good news! We provide free shipping within the U.S. for orders of $100 or more. The shipping charge for orders under $100 will be calculted at check out. For international shipping rates, please contact us at hello@chapanne.com

What countries do you ship to?

If you are shopping from outside the United States, please contact us at hello@chapanne.com to discuss international transactions and shipping. We'll be happy to assist.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@chapanne.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. If it has, mark our email address as a safe sender so future emails get to your Inbox.

When will my order arrive?

In most cases, delivery times within the U.S. are 4-5 business days from the date of your order. Chapanne produces all of our products by hand, and in small batches, so some orders may take up to 14 days. In these rare instances, we will work closely with you to provide information early, and often, so you know when your Chapanne creation will be delivered.  

Can I track my order?

Yes! We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, all the way through delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails or texts, you’ll receive a tracking number which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal, Apple Pay or Facebook Pay. 

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to five working days after sending the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
