Sizing: Measurements shown follow the sequence of length-neck-torso. For example 13-18-23 is 13 inches from collar to tail, 18 inches around neck, and 23 inches around torso. Neck and torso can be tightened or loosened up to 3 inches by adjusting the Velcro pads.
